Karen is a nationally certified personal trainer and fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) with 28 years of experience in the fitness industry. She is recognized as an IDEA Elite Level Personal Trainer and has worked with clients of all ages, both healthy as well as those with special needs (injury rehab, stroke, MS, Fibromyalgia, asthma, sports conditioning). She is also trained in Pilates and water fitness. Karen received an Associate of Arts Degree from Miami University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Welfare from Ohio State University. |
![]() Don Lynch has been certified with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) since 1995, National Strength and Conditional Association (MSCA) since 2000, IDEA Elite level personal trainer since 1996 and American Red Cross AED and CPR certified. He believes everyone, regardless of age, physical condition, mental or emotional wellbeing, deserves to feel strong and enjoy the freedom of movement. ![]() Kathy Bowman graduated with a B.S. in Psychology Research and Design from Wright State University. She was a swimmer there and a two-time All American swimmer. Kathy is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer since 1997, as well as FalProof Certified Balance and Mobility Instructor out of California State University, Fullerton Center for Successful Aging since 2009. She lives in New Albany with her husband Tim and three children. Kathy is passionate about helping people see the benefits of exercising. Exercise needs a multidimensional approach: attitude, cardio, strength, flexibility, and creating balance within the body at any age. Functional Training is important and part of her training attitude. Exercising is just not for some people but for everyone. Regrets are for the past, changes can be made today. |
