PILATES REFORMER TRAINING

Pilates Reformer Training is a contemporary approach to the original method created by the late Joseph Pilates.  The goal of Pilates Reformer Training is to develop optimal neuromuscular performance by focusing on core stability while safely balancing muscular strength with flexibility.  With the use of a devise with attached cables, pulley and springs for resistance you will:

  • Flatten, tone & strengthen abdominal muscles
  • Develop longer, leaner muschle
  • Improve posture and prevent injury
  • Balance strength with flexibility
  • Enhance athletic performance
  • Reduce back pain
  • Increase circulation & improve digestion

    KETTLEBELL

    A 30 minute "high intensity" class guaranteed to burn fat, build strength, increase cardiovascular, endurance, tone, flexibility, drop inches and boost energy level. Russian Kettle Bells will be the fitness tool used in variety of ways to assist you in reaching your fitness goals.

    FITNESS YOGA
     (New class)
    Burn fat based on Hatha Yoga, this class blends balance, strength, flexibility, and power in a fitness format. This yoga class will help improve the health, performance and mental sharpness of individual’s interested in improving their level of fitness.

    SPINNING
    Come and forget about the stresses of daily life. Leave all your problems at the door and experience the journey while achieving a vigorous workout – burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape while listening to the latest music in a high energy and fun environment.

    ZUMBA

    CIRCUIT TRAINING
    With Circuit Training you’ll never get bored! Train your whole body in 60 minutes through a series of fun and challenging strength training and cardio stations. Jump, squat, lift, push, pull – train every movement of your body for a functional fitness you will benefit from everyday.

    PROGRESSIVE PILATES
    This class is designed for those that have knowledge and abilities in Pilates.  We focus on core strength, coordination and posture while using the Pilates flex rings and balls.  All levels welcome. 

    BODY FIT
    Get fit with both high and low intersity aerobics and kickboxing, followed by weights and resistance training!  All levels welcome.

    VINYASA YOGA
    After awakening and warming the body, we will progress to flowing sequences linking each movement with the breath then close each practice with stretching and final relaxation. Yoga will increase your flexibility, fluidity, balance and strength while breathing and relaxation techniques will improve your mental game. This yoga class is designed with the golfer in mind, while all yoga practitioners are welcome.

    YOGA
    Synchronizing the breath with poses and postures, working with the mindfulness of yoga and strengthening the core, the goal is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. Excellent for developing grace, flexibility, core strength, balance, muscular strength and stress reduction. Appropriate for students of all levels as modifications are offered.

    MAT PILATES
    This fun class will strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and promote strong, balanced and tones muscles. Improve your posture, reduce stress, fatigue and pain, restore and re-energize your body. Balls, tubing and bands are used for support and to challenge you. Class ends with stretching and relaxation. Adaptable for all fitness levels.

    A Combination of cardio and weight training, perfect for the individual who wants to strengthen their heart and muscles. All levels welcome!

    GOLF FIT
    The class consists of 6 golf specific components of focus that will help improve your golf game – balance, upper body strength, lower body strength, core, flexibility and rotation. Did you know that 80% of professional golfers do some form of strength and stretching off the course? Technical deficiencies in the swing will be amplified by poor strength and conditioning. A well-rounded progressive strength program can decrease injuries caused by explosive movements that occur in the swing plane.

    CARDIO/ STRENGTH/ PILATES COMBO CLASS
    This combination class blends the best of three worlds-cardiovascular exercise with strength training plus Pilates mat work to give you the ultimate well-rounded workout. Each segment of the class challenges you with a different exercise discipline, which is cross-training at its best. You'll get your heart pumping, burn calories, tone muscles, strengthen your core and stretch your body. All in one class! The first 30 minutes is devoted to cardio and strength to burn fat, strengthen and tone your muscles. The second 30 minutes of Pilates mat work will increase your flexibility, mobility and balance, while improving the way your body looks, feels, and functions. All fitness levels are welcome.
